Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Opel Insignia 2.8 Bi-Turbo OPC 325bhp from 325 bhp and 435 Nm to 360 bhp and 530 Nm – that's +35 bhp (11%) and +95 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch ME9.6.1 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS, Pop & Bang Crackle map can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a turbo petrol, a remap sharpens throttle response and pulls harder through the mid-range. For the best result we recommend running it on super unleaded (97–99 RON). 325 → 360 bhp equals roughly 242 → 268 kW.
Figures are guide values from our rolling road and comparable vehicles. Results depend on the vehicle's condition, hardware and fuel quality. Remapping in the UK: let your insurer know about the modification. DPF, EGR and AdBlue solutions are supplied for off-road and motorsport use only and are not legal for use on UK roads.
