Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Opel Astra 1.6 CDTi Bi-Turbo 160bhp from 160 bhp and 350 Nm to 190 bhp and 400 Nm – that's +30 bhp (19%) and +50 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Delco E98 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 160 → 190 bhp equals roughly 119 → 142 kW.
