Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Opel Astra 2.0 CDTi 165bhp from 165 bhp and 350 Nm to 205 bhp and 430 Nm – that's +40 bhp (24%) and +80 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC17C59 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 165 → 205 bhp equals roughly 123 → 153 kW.
