Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Mini Roadster 1.6i 122bhp from 122 bhp and 160 Nm to 130 bhp and 175 Nm – that's +8 bhp (7%) and +15 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch MEV17.2.2 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS, Pop & Bang Crackle map can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 122 → 130 bhp equals roughly 91 → 97 kW.
