Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Mercedes Benz E 220 CDI 170bhp from 170 bhp and 400 Nm to 190 bhp and 460 Nm – that's +20 bhp (12%) and +60 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC16C2 / Delphi DCM3.2 / Delphi CRD. 11 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 170 → 190 bhp equals roughly 127 → 142 kW.
