Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Mercedes Benz A 160 CDI 75bhp from 75 bhp and 160 Nm to 105 bhp and 210 Nm – that's +30 bhp (40%) and +50 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC15C0 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DTC Removal, EGR OFF, FLAPS can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 75 → 105 bhp equals roughly 56 → 78 kW.
