Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Mazda 3 2.2 SkyActiv-D 150bhp from 150 bhp and 380 Nm to 175 bhp and 460 Nm – that's +25 bhp (17%) and +80 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Denso SH12 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DPF / EGR solutions can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 150 → 175 bhp equals roughly 112 → 130 kW.
