Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Mahindra XUV500 2.2 CRDi 140bhp from 140 bhp and 330 Nm to 190 bhp and 440 Nm – that's +50 bhp (36%) and +110 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC17C55 / Bosch EDC17C53 / Bosch EDC17C63 / Bosch EDC17C81 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DPF / EGR solutions can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 140 → 190 bhp equals roughly 104 → 142 kW.
