Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Kia K5 2.4 GDI 204bhp from 204 bhp and 252 Nm to 229 bhp and 271 Nm – that's +25 bhp (12%) and +19 Nm more. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 204 → 229 bhp equals roughly 152 → 171 kW.
