With a bespoke remap the Jaguar X Type 2.5 V6 194bhp gains +16 bhp and +20 Nm, rising from 194 bhp / 244 Nm to 210 bhp / 264 Nm (8% more power). We build each tuning file around the software number of your read on the Denso MB079700, so nothing generic goes back into the car. Add DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS, Vmax to the same file if needed.

Who is this remap for?

Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 194 → 210 bhp equals roughly 145 → 157 kW.
