Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Hyundai ix35 2.0 16V 165bhp from 165 bhp and 205 Nm to 180 bhp and 230 Nm – that's +15 bhp (9%) and +25 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch MED17.9.8 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 165 → 180 bhp equals roughly 123 → 134 kW.
