Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Hyundai i30 2.0 CRDi 140bhp from 140 bhp and 304 Nm to 170 bhp and 365 Nm – that's +30 bhp (21%) and +61 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC16C39 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DPF / EGR solutions can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 140 → 170 bhp equals roughly 104 → 127 kW.
