Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Ford Transit 2.4 TDCi 140bhp from 140 bhp and 375 Nm to 175 bhp and 430 Nm – that's +35 bhp (25%) and +55 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Visteon DCU102 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DPF / EGR solutions can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
Diesel vans and pick-ups are among the most popular remaps in the UK. The extra low-down torque makes towing and carrying a load noticeably easier, and drivers often see better economy because the engine works less hard. 140 → 175 bhp equals roughly 104 → 130 kW.
