With a bespoke remap the Ford S-Max 2.0 TDCi 130bhp gains +30 bhp and +60 Nm, rising from 130 bhp / 320 Nm to 160 bhp / 380 Nm (23% more power). We build each tuning file around the software number of your read on the Siemens/Continental SID206, so nothing generic goes back into the car. Add Adblue, DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF to the same file if needed.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 130 → 160 bhp equals roughly 97 → 119 kW.
Figures are guide values from our rolling road and comparable vehicles. Results depend on the vehicle's condition, hardware and fuel quality. Remapping in the UK: let your insurer know about the modification. DPF, EGR and AdBlue solutions are supplied for off-road and motorsport use only and are not legal for use on UK roads.
