Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Ford Mondeo 2.2 TDCi 200bhp from 200 bhp and 420 Nm to 235 bhp and 480 Nm – that's +35 bhp (18%) and +60 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC17CP42 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 200 → 235 bhp equals roughly 149 → 175 kW.
