Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Ford Kuga 2.0 TDCi 120bhp from 120 bhp and 310 Nm to 200 bhp and 450 Nm – that's +80 bhp (67%) and +140 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Delphi DCM6.1 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 120 → 200 bhp equals roughly 89 → 149 kW.
