Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Chevrolet Silverado 5.3 V8 315bhp from 315 bhp and 458 Nm to 335 bhp and 480 Nm – that's +20 bhp (6%) and +22 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Ac Delco E38 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS, Pop & Bang Crackle map can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 315 → 335 bhp equals roughly 235 → 250 kW.
