Chevrolet Malibu 1.6 Turbo 180bhp tuning file

With a bespoke remap the Chevrolet Malibu 1.6 Turbo 180bhp gains +35 bhp and +80 Nm, rising from 180 bhp / 230 Nm to 215 bhp / 310 Nm (19% more power). We build each tuning file around the software number of your read on the Delco E83, so nothing generic goes back into the car. Add DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS, Pop & Bang Crackle map to the same file if needed.

Who is this remap for?

On a turbo petrol, a remap sharpens throttle response and pulls harder through the mid-range. For the best result we recommend running it on super unleaded (97–99 RON). 180 → 215 bhp equals roughly 134 → 160 kW.
