Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Chevrolet Impala 3.9 V6 245bhp from 245 bhp and 240 Nm to 265 bhp and 265 Nm – that's +20 bhp (8%) and +25 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Ac Delco E38 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 245 → 265 bhp equals roughly 183 → 198 kW.
