Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Chevrolet Captiva 3.0 LTZ 258bhp from 258 bhp and 288 Nm to 270 bhp and 305 Nm – that's +12 bhp (5%) and +17 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Delco E39 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS, Pop & Bang Crackle map can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 258 → 270 bhp equals roughly 192 → 201 kW.
Figures are guide values from our rolling road and comparable vehicles. Results depend on the vehicle's condition, hardware and fuel quality. Remapping in the UK: let your insurer know about the modification. DPF, EGR and AdBlue solutions are supplied for off-road and motorsport use only and are not legal for use on UK roads.
