Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the BMW 5 serie 530D 193bhp from 193 bhp and 410 Nm to 221 bhp and 480 Nm – that's +28 bhp (15%) and +70 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC15 / Bosch DDE4.0 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 193 → 221 bhp equals roughly 144 → 165 kW.
