Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the BMW 5 serie 525 TD 115bhp from 115 bhp and 245 Nm to 140 bhp and 285 Nm – that's +25 bhp (22%) and +40 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 115 → 140 bhp equals roughly 86 → 104 kW.
