Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the BMW 4 serie GC 428i 245bhp from 245 bhp and 350 Nm to 280 bhp and 430 Nm – that's +35 bhp (14%) and +80 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch MEVD17.2.4 / Bosch MEVD17.2.9 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 245 → 280 bhp equals roughly 183 → 209 kW.
