Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the BMW 3 serie 318i 136bhp from 136 bhp and 180 Nm to 148 bhp and 195 Nm – that's +12 bhp (9%) and +15 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch ME9 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 136 → 148 bhp equals roughly 101 → 110 kW.
