Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the BMW 1 serie 116i 115bhp from 115 bhp and 150 Nm to 128 bhp and 165 Nm – that's +13 bhp (11%) and +15 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch ME9.2 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS, Pop & Bang Crackle map can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 115 → 128 bhp equals roughly 86 → 95 kW.
