Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Audi Q7 4.2 FSI 350bhp from 350 bhp and 440 Nm to 367 bhp and 458 Nm – that's +17 bhp (5%) and +18 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch MED9.1 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Anti lag, DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 350 → 367 bhp equals roughly 261 → 274 kW.
Figures are guide values from our rolling road and comparable vehicles. Results depend on the vehicle's condition, hardware and fuel quality. Remapping in the UK: let your insurer know about the modification. DPF, EGR and AdBlue solutions are supplied for off-road and motorsport use only and are not legal for use on UK roads.
