Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Audi Q5 40 TDI (2.0D) 204bhp from 204 bhp and 400 Nm to 220 bhp and 450 Nm – that's +16 bhp (8%) and +50 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch MD1CS004 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DPF / EGR solutions can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 204 → 220 bhp equals roughly 152 → 164 kW.
