Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Audi A8 S8 4.2 V8 360bhp from 360 bhp and 430 Nm to 380 bhp and 455 Nm – that's +20 bhp (6%) and +25 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch ME7.1.1 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 360 → 380 bhp equals roughly 268 → 283 kW.
