Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Audi A5 45 TDI (3.0D) 231bhp from 231 bhp and 500 Nm to 350 bhp and 720 Nm – that's +119 bhp (52%) and +220 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch MD1CP004 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF, START/STOP OFF can go into the same file.

Who is this remap for?

On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 231 → 350 bhp equals roughly 172 → 261 kW.
