Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Audi A3 1.6i 102bhp from 102 bhp and 148 Nm to 112 bhp and 163 Nm – that's +10 bhp (10%) and +15 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Siemens/Continental Simos 3 / Siemens/Continental Simos 7.1 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 102 → 112 bhp equals roughly 76 → 84 kW.
